POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
NO PRE-PAYMENT ACCEPTED!
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AWARDS must be ordered through your Provincial Command. A minimum of 90 days is required to process a recommendation for
Association Awards.
CATALOGUE PRICES - Owing to market conditions, all prices are subject to change; orders will be billed at
prices prevailing at date of shipment. Any price reductions will be promptly passed on and we will endeavour
to keep any increases to a minimum. Please quote full stock number when ordering.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST) - Prices in this price list are quoted exclusive of the Goods and
Services Tax.
SHIPPING TERMS - Orders will be shipped by regular post. A shipping and handling fee will be applied on
all orders. Given the cost of delivery and handling charges, it would be appreciated if small orders were
grouped. Customers may request that their order(s) be shipped by express or priority post or courier. The cost
of shipping by faster post will be borne by the customer.
RETURNS - Should the goods you ordered arrive short or damaged, report claims to the Regalia Stores of the
Dominion Office immediately and we will endeavour to adjust or replace your claim to your satisfaction.
TERMS (net) - Payable 30 days of the month following. All shipments will be accompanied by an invoice.
Prompt payment is imperative to the success of the system. Invoices unpaid by the due date are subject to a late
payment charge of 10%. Past due accounts in excess of 90 days will be referred to the Provincial Command
concerned to initiate immediate payment. NOTE: When mailing in cheque(s) without the customer invoice, please ensure that the invoice number is recorded on the memo line of the cheque.
REGALIA PRICE LIST
ANAVETS STANDARD COLOUR FLAGS
SINGLE-SIDED COLOUR FLAG (Page 5: Stock No. C13-1)
The single-sided colour flag consists of a printed nylon, sleeved with gold fringe on all sides, with the unit name
and number appliqued in yellow lettering in the centre, with the reverse side of the flag blank. The cost is
dependent upon the number of letters in the unit name (see notes below). Dimensions: 3' x 3'9"
DOUBLE-SIDED COLOUR FLAG (Page 5: Stock No. C13-2)
The double-sided flag consists of a double-thickness printed nylon sewn together, with a single thickness
shadow interliner in between, sleeved hoistband with gold fringe (optional) on all sides of the flag, with the unit
name and number sewn to both sides of the flag in yellow letters with the unit name (see notes below).
Dimensions: 3' x 3'9".
CEREMONIAL FLAG (Page 5: Stock No. C14-1)
The ceremonial flag consists of a single printed nylon, sleeved hoistband with gold fringing (optional) on all
sides, with the Association crest printed in the centre of the flag and the words "shoulder to shoulder" aligned
below the crest. The reverse of the flag is blank. Dimensions: 3' x 6'.
AN&AF OUTSIDE FLAG (Page 5: Stock No. C15-1)
The AN&AF outside purple coloured flag consists of a single-thickness printed nylon. "ANAVETS" is
centered and printed in yellow lettering on both sides of the flag. Dimensions: 3' x 6'.
